Cork's longest running alternative club night is to leave its venue in Sir Henry's nightclub.
Sir Henry's, at the back of the Grand Parade Hotel in Cork city, has been the traditional base for both Freakscene and its sister club, Planet of Sound.
Promoter John O'Leary said, "Relations between management and us have deteriorated to such an extent that we consider them to be irredeemable."
O'Leary promised that Freakscene will return soon.
