The episode to be shown in the US later this month will involve Pitt wearing a fat suit.
In an episode called 'The One With The Rumour', Monica meets an old high school pal played by Pitt who once was fatter than she was.
Finding he is now a thin heart-throb, Monica invites him to Thanksgiving dinner.
But Pitt's character isn't a fan of Rachel, played by his real-life wife Jennifer Aniston.
