Hugh Grant's agent has confirmed the actor definitely turned down a role in the Harry Potter movie sequel.
Grant was due to play Professor Gilderoy Lockhart in 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets'.
But he is apparently committed to doing a movie with Sandra Bullock.
Director Chris Columbus had previously denied Grant had ever been asked.
Grant had reportedly undergone three months of hair and make-up tests and dyed his hair blond in preparation for the Potter role.
