Paul Oakenfold has been signed to Madonna's record label Maverick.
The British DJ is to release his debut album as a solo artist next year via Maverick in the US, while Mushroom will release the LP worldwide.
The material girl has said: "Paul's instinct and talent are undeniable. I couldn't be happier having him join the Maverick family. He's a perfect fit."
