RTÉ programme makers have made a call for viewers' television memories as RTÉ Television will be 40 years old on 31 December 2001.
RTÉ is looking for stories about the opening night on 31 December 1961, your first TV set, the first time you saw colour TV, your favourite shows, shows you would like to see re-broadcast, etc.
