Rock band Garbage are thinking about getting fans to collaborate on future recordings.
They could use new CD mixer technology, which is previewed on the group's new album, 'Beautifulgarbage'.
The enhanced CD allows fans to remix four of the album tracks online.
Up to four fans can play music together after logging on to the Internet.
