The British Press Complaints Commission has upheld a complaint by Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling that her privacy was invaded.
OK! magazine had published photographs of Ms Rowling and her 8-year-old daughter on a private beach in Mauritius.
It is reported that OK! has apologized to the author in a letter.
