Oscar winning actress Kim Basinger is set to play Eminem's mum in the rapper's feature film debut.
The film, known as 'The Untitled Detroit Project', will see Basinger team up again with Curtis Hanson, director of the acclaimed 'LA Confidential'.
The movie follows Eminem's character, Jimmy, a hip-hop fan on the journey to stardom.
