'EastEnders' star Steve McFadden, who plays Phil Mitchell, has denied rumours that he is leaving the show.
McFadden issued a statement last night saying the last 12 months had been his best yet on the award-winning soap.
He has rubbished a report in today's tabloids that claim he wants a year off work.
