Madonna has donated the proceeds from a concert in LA to help the US terrorist attack victims and their families.
Other US artists including Backstreet Boys and Incubus have also pledged cash to the American Red Cross and the US Fire Department.
Radio stations and music companies such as Vivendi, EMI and BMG have also made big donations.
