Aaliyah's body flown home

The body of R&B singer Aaliyah, who died along with either others in a plane crash last weekend, has been flown back to New York.

More than 100 people crowded outside Butlers' Funeral Homes and Crematorium in the Bahamas, as four men lifted the soul singer's body into a hearse.

The body was then taken to the Nassau airport where a private jet was waiting.

The manager of the funeral home said that the other victims' bodies would be flown back to the US on Wednesday.
