Actress Lucy Liu says she suffered a breast cancer scare 10 years ago.
The 33-year-old 'Charlie's Angels' star told a US newspaper she had surgery to remove a lump that she was told was cancerous.
"The doctor sort of felt it was cancer and it needed to come out. I went into shell shock. It was pretty traumatising," she said.
The lump was removed and was found to be benign. Liu said, "I didn't get a second opinion. I didn't have an ultrasound or mammogram. I didn't know enough. I wish I had."
