Madonna has never changed a nappy for her daughter Lourdes or her baby son Rocco.
The singer made the admission at a dinner hosted by her close friend Ali G aka the comedian Sacha Baron-Cohen.
Madonna reportedly told fellow diners that she had no problems with nappies because she'd never changed one.
And apparently she did not think that she'd said anything unusual.
