Slim Shady granted Aussie visa

Controversial rapper Eminem has been told by the Australian government that he will be allowed into the country to play two concerts.

Politicians had raised concerns about the star's lyrics, but the immigration office has abandoned their initially hostile stance towards him.

Apparently Eminem has agreed to, "avoid vilifying or inciting discord in segments of the Australian community."

That agreement means that he and his backing group D12 will be allowed to perform in Sydney and Melbourne in a week's time.
