Meath County Council is expected to confirm today whether or not a second concert by U2 will be allowed to go ahead at Slane Castle.
Local residents, who are opposed to the event, have threatened legal action against Lord Henry Mountcharles.
They claim he entered into a written agreement over ten years ago that only one concert would take place at the castle each year.
