Kiwi, Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

Serves: 2
Preparation time: 10 minutes

  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 2 small ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 100g | 4 oz strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
  • 200ml | 7fl oz soya or cow's milk
  • juice of 1 lime
  • Cut the kiwi in half and scoop the flesh into a blender. Add the other ingredients and mix until smooth. Serve in a large glass.
