Robert Downey Jr has had one of the drug charges against him reduced to the lesser one of a misdemeanour for allegedly possessing valium.
The actor still faces a felony count of possessing cocaine and an additional misdemeanour count of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Downey was arrested in a hotel last November.
