Gwyneth Paltrow will produce and star in a romantic comedy being touted as the American version of ‘Bridget Jones’s Diary’.
The movie will be based on Alex Witchel's upcoming novel ‘Me Times Three’.
Paltrow will play an assistant editor at a woman's magazine during the 1980s, who discovers her fiancé is secretly engaged to at least two other women.
Miramax Films, which also marketed and distributed ‘Bridget Jones’s Diary’, said Paltrow will also produce the film along with Bobby Cohen.
