Actress Joanna Lumley will join animal rights campaigners today, urging the British Government to introduce a vaccination programme to tackle the foot-and-mouth epidemic. The actress joins members of the Compassion in World Farming group at Downing Street where they will hand in a giant letter demanding an end to the mass slaughter policy.
