The final episode of ‘Glenroe’ was completed today, bringing to an end 18 seasons of the top domestic soap. 'Glenroe' was originally a spin-off from ‘Bracken’ which itself was a spin off from ‘The Riordans’. The final episode will be screened on Sunday May 6. RTE plans to introduce a new contemporary drama series later this year.
