Michael Jackson made a tearful appeal to the world to introduce a children's bill of rights that would ensure parents read bedtime stories to their sons and daughters and make them feel loved. Mr Jackson hobbled on crutches onto the stage of Oxford University's debating chamber last night to promote his 'Heal the Kids' charity. He spoke about his upbringing and of how he was the product of a lack of childhood. The 'Heal the Kids' foundation was set up with Jackson's mentor, Rabbi Shumley Boteach.
