Michael Jackson to speak at Oxford

Pop legend Michael Jackson is to speak on child welfare at a debate at the Oxford Union tonight. The multi-millionaire superstar will speak at the world-famous university's debating society, despite breaking a bone in his foot last week. He is expected to announce the official launch of his new charity, "Heal The Kids", in front of hundreds of Oxford University students and invited guests. Jackson, who is 42, will address the Union jointly with his Jewish mentor, Rabbi Shmuley Boteach.
