Bob the Builder has been knocked off the top of the UK charts. The new number one is 'Touch Me' by Rui Da Silva featuring vocals by Cassandra. It ended the three-week spell at the top for the children's favourite, which dropped to number 4. Steps went to number two with 'It's The Way You Make Me Feel' - after a false start last week when several shops released it for sale prematurely and the song crawled in at number 72.
