An application was made to the High Court in Dublin today for an interlocutory injunction restraining Cork University Press from further printing or distributing a new anthology containing excerpts from James Joyce's 'Ulysses'. The action is being taken by the James Joyce Estate, and follows an interim injunction granted to it last month.
