Yoko Ono, widow of the Beatles' John Lennon, has denied that he gave money to the IRA. A former British spy claimed he had seen documents containing references to Lennon giving money to the IRA in the early 1970s. Yoko Ono said that he gave money to people in need when it was asked for.
