In Youghal, Co Cork, Pat Carey is putting up an amazing Christmas light decoration on his house and garden, in aid of The Mercy Hospital Cancer Appeal. Pat always used to decorate his house for Christmas, but six years ago he was diagnosed with cancer, and that made him put the lights up for a different reason. Now thousands of people come from all across the country to see Pat’s amazing Christmas lights, and over the last four years he’s raised more than €14, 000 for the cancer charity that means so much to him.
