18-year-old Katie McGloin is a Leaving Cert student but has already set up her own business.
Katie, from Bundoran, Co Donegal, is the owner of K.T. Clothing Co, a gender-neutral clothing company.
Katie has been talking to RTÉ News about her reasons for starting her business as part of this week's The Big Picture: A Woman's World.
The series examines what it is to be a woman in Ireland in 2018.
It culminates in a special documentary on RTÉ One on Thursday 22nd November at 9:35pm.
