Composer Amanda Feery has long explored the landscapes of sound—blending acoustic instruments, electronics, voice, and field recordings into her work.
Her latest project, NEST, is a meditation on the meaning of home, land, and belonging. It was inspired by her creative collaboration with Eimear Walshe and Éamon de Valera's 1943 radio address.
Ahead of the album’s release on June 16th and a live performance at Cork Midsummer Festival on June 18th, Amanda Feery joined Sean Rocks in studio for RTÉ Arena - listen above.
