Next month Netflix will unveil Bodkin, a darkly comedic thriller, filmed amidst the picturesque landscapes of West Cork, Wicklow, and Dublin.
In Bodkin, a motley crew of podcasters investigate the nefarious goings-on beneath the seemingly idyllic veneer of a small town in Ireland, where several mysterious disappearances occurred 25 years ago.
Executive produced by Barack and Michelle Obama, the series boasts an ensemble cast, led by Siobhan Cullen, alongside the likes of Will Forte and Robyn Cara, as well as a troupe of veteran Irish actors.
Siobhan Cullen has been busy of late – starring in The Dry alongside Roisin Gallagher and Ciaran Hinds (season 2 arrives on RTÉ later this month) and black comedy Obituary.
For RTÉ Arena, Siobhan Cullen joined Sean Rocks on the line from Los Angeles to talk about the show.
Bodkin streams on Netflix from May 9th. Listen to more from RTÉ Arena here.
