From the lakes of Killeshandra, the bingo sharks of Cavan town, to Virginia's all-Ireland basketball champions, Vincent takes a measure of all that 'the Breffni County' has to offer.
"There's a power of talk in Cavan – and a power of water and life," says Vincent. "A lake for every day of the year and all the richness and old connections that go with these inland water habitats... Cavan may be an inland county but it’s not insular – there are worlds of the international here, and so many connections into the wide world."
Currently on a nationwide tour with his brand new show Shy Talker, comedian Kevin McGahern will unveil a special piece of writing about his native Cavan.
The show will also feature new and exclusive music by Daragh Slacke - Bealach na Bó Finne is the most recent album by Daragh's band Dr Slacke & The Palpitations.
The County Measure is a landmark RTÉ Radio 1 series that explores the identity and communities of Ireland's 32 counties.
