Until very recently, whenever we went to the cinema or turned on the television, all our attention was focused on the screen, and not what went on behind that screen to deliver the entertainment.
But in recent weeks, with Hollywood's writers and actors going out on strike, the public are waking up to the fact that Tinseltown isn’t all luxury and glamour. It’s very hard work for a very select few who are not necessarily well paid.
