Will Sliney is a celebrated Irish comic books artist, and the presenter of RTÉ's popular kids' show Storytellers and the Sky TV show Draw With Will - he's also a judge for this year's RTÉ This Is Art competition.
A prolific fan favourite in the comics world, Corkman Will is known for his work on Marvel comic books like Star Wars, Spider-Man 2099 and Fearless Defenders, and his original graphic novel Celtic Warrior: The Legend of Cú Chulainn.
Part drawing show and part animated adventure, Storytellers teaches budding young artists using the most powerful weapon in the world.

FILM
Spider-Man: Into The Spiderverse. The perfect animated movie, and its sequel is nearly upon us.
MUSIC
I usually listen to movie scores while I'm working. Lately it's been soundtracks to video games. Bear McCreary's work on God of War is amazing, he did a brilliant collaboration with Hozier for the most recent Game awards.
BOOK
Really enjoying Firepower by Chris Samnee and Robert Kirkman. Robert is the co-creator of the Walking Dead and Chris is an incredible artist. Great combination.
THEATRE
I finally got to see the Book of Mormon recently and laughed the whole way through.
TV
Currently getting through Andor and The Last of Us. There is so much to choose from. The geeks seem to be ruling tv these days which is great for me.
GIG
Ooof, it's been a while. I got to see Supergrass in Dublin right before the pandemic hit. I used to be a huge fan.
ART
Where do I start? My favourite comic book artist is Stuart Immonen and he is back doing covers for Avengers so I’m really enjoying seeing that. A couple of artists who have really impressed me lately are Dike Ruan and Iban Coella.
PODCAST
I’m a huge fan of the Glass Cannon podcast, which is essentially an RPG liveplay through various games of Pathfinder (a game system like Dungeons and Dragons).
It’s a very unique way to tell a story and if you like the cast, its very easy to listen along to.
TECH
The advancement in portable drawing tablets over the last few years has been great for me. They are becoming more affordable and the drawing experience keeps getting better.
THE NEXT BIG THING...
The Shrouded College universe… You said I could pick anything right? This is obviously hugely exciting for me.
