This week's Tune Of The Week is Late Nights by Glway singer-songwriter Niamh Regan, taken from her new EP, In the Meantime - watch the video above.
Written while confined in the village of Kilrickle in east Galway during the pandemic, Niamh describes the EP (which follows her Choice Music Prize-nominated debut LP, Hemet) as "exploring themes of acceptance, uncertainty, independence, family guilt, silence and ordinary acts of love."

Of Late Nights, Regan describes the song as being about "navigating family guilt, growing up and leaving behind little bits of yourself as you enter a new chapter of thinking".
The video, directed by Laura Sheeran, features choreography and dance performed by Robyn Byrne.
Niamh Regan is touring Ireland in March and April 2022 - find out more here.
