A Blessing Of The Boats By The Village Mothers is a site-specific arts collaboration that draws upon histories of Fanad Lighthouse in Donegal, fishermen superstition, the female voice & a little bit of lullaby - watch it above.
Curated by Dani Gill for The Lighthouse Project, it brings together the writing of poet Annemarie Ní Churreáin, with the sound and visuals of artist Laura Sheeran. The video collaboration is available to view at Fanad Lighthouse as part of Eargail Arts Festival 2021.
