A new play by Frank McGuinness will have its world premiere streamed from the Gate Theatre auditorium next month, in the first of a new series of online Gate At Home productions.

McGuinness wrote The Visiting Hour during lockdown for actors Stephen Rea and Judith Roddy, who will star in the Gate At Home production, directed by Caitríona McLaughlin, the newly appointed Artistic Director- designate of the Abbey Theatre.
