Sabina Higgins, wife of President Michael D. Higgins, has recorded a special recital of Arthur Hugh Clough's poem, Say Not The Struggle Nought Availeth - watch the video above.
The recital is a gesture of support to people struggling with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their lives and is intended as a message of encouragement to everyone to keep heeding the public health advice, and stop the spread of the virus.
