HOW TO GET THERE...

Attendees are encouraged to allow plenty of time to get to the festival - the M50 roadworks around Kildare can be notoriously busy, so in the words of Holly Johnson, Relax! and be considerate of others. Follow the Festival Route signs on the N7, they will be well signposted to guide both Camping and Non-Camping attendees (The Eircode for Palmerstown House Estate is W91 FK10). The camping car park opens from 12 noon on Friday, with the the day car park at Goffs opening at 10am on Saturday and Sunday. The event kicks off on Friday night with an appearance from The Christians, supported by Andrew Strong and Bagatelle...

Festival-goers are encouraged to let loose and dress in 80s style, and to bring camping chairs and picnic blankets, sunscreen and reusable water bottles. The Festival box ofice, day car parks and drop off points will be in full effect at Goffs on the Saturday and Sunday, and it’s just a gentle 900 metre stroll through the grounds of the Estate to arrive at the Festival Arena. Taking into consideration the fine vintage of many 80s fans, there will be a limited number of buggies in the car parks, who will bring guests and their belongings to the Festival Arena for a small charity donation!

Travel Master are operating pre-book only, daily, return Festival shuttles from Dublin and various points in Kildare - more info here. All details on camping, parking, accessibility, ticket sales and more can be found here.

Forever Young is operating a very strict no single-use plastic policy - as the festival grounds are home to horses and foals for much of the year, no glass will be permitted. Also, in an effort to curb ticket touts, ID spot checks will be made at entry point, so bring ID or a screen grab of same. Be aware - campsites and campsite facilities will be strictly for those holding 3-day camping tickets.  Forever Young Festival and Music for Animal Welfare has partnered with the I.S.P.C.A. and will donate to the charity.
