Kit de Waal gave readers plenty to mull over in her first novel My Name is Leon, and it won the Novel of the Year Award at Listowel Writers Week 2017.

In her second book The Trick to Time, the central character is an Irish woman from Wexford, where Kit’s grandmother grew up - she joined Richard Curran live in studio to talk about the book's genesis.
