During their heyday, they toured with the legendary Saw Doctors in the U.K., opened for Bon Jovi in Dublin, sang a duet with Meatloaf and ventured on a nine-month tour across Europe in a van they named 'Flash'.
Suffice to say, the band had a memorable run until their split in 2004 due to financial pressures. Fortunately, they reunited in 2013 with their album Evolution featuring Frankie Gavin of De Dannan and vocalist Ingrid Madsen.
Currently, they have plans to release a special record called How Can I Explain How It Came To Be? featuring some old favourites as well as B-sides and previously unheard material.
In 1998, Sunburst was the most played song on Irish radio. Listen and watch the video below.

We caught up with PictureHouse front man Dave Browne to chat about the band's success, and their forthcoming anniversary show.
What can people expect from this special show?
Well, we've picked our favorite songs and peppered them with fan favourites - and a fantastic 60-piece choir to boot. We can't wait.
You've had such an impressive career, can you share some of your most memorable moments?
I think the highlight for me was selling out the Olympia Theatre two nights in a row! My favourite venue.
If you could go back and start all over again - would you do anything differently?
I think we should have spent more time in the studio and less time touring!
What advice would you give to someone starting out in 2017?
It's harder now than ever, so I would advise doing something that pays bills first so you are free to write music without that worry.
Where do you find inspiration for your songs?
This might sound arty, but I find inspiration in relationships and love.
What songs are on your own go-to playlist?
The Blue Nile, Karl Jenkins and Glen Campbell
There's such an impressive mix of artists on the Irish scene right now, who would be on your wishlist to collaborate with?
Probably only Bono and the late Joe Dolan.
What has it been like being famous in Ireland? Any memorable fan moments?
Not really a fan moment, but you know that you're both famous and unknown at the same time when a ticket tout tries to sell you tickets to your own sold out gig!
