So, we're halfway through the month(!) - how have you been getting on with our two picks for December?
I have to be honest and say that I'm pretty much at the same stage I was when we started - Himself read a while back (and genuinely loved) and with Rebecca now officially on my to be read pile for Xmas.
Himself is a murder/mystery (but much more than that) with incredible characters. Stylish, genuinely creepy, warm, wryly real, smart and compelling.
Rebecca is the classic in which a young woman meets a widower in the south of France, has a whirlwind courtship and agrees to marry him. It's only when they move home to his mansion in Cornwall that things take a sinister turn...
