Shoppers will have the opportunity to buy the best in Irish as 52 new local products will hit the aisles in ALDI.
The Grow with ALDI programme has announced 29 suppliers from across Ireland as its finalists. In store from 11 September, customers will be able to discover and enjoy the Irish-produced products in 164 stores nationwide over a two-week period.
This year's finalists span across 15 different counties and their products cover a wide range of cuisines, from chip shop curry battered sausages to Irish whiskey, energy balls to peanut butter cups, and artisan cream liqueur to honeycomb bars.
After the two weeks, contracts will be awarded to a select number of lucky winners who will continue to be stocked as Specialbuys for the remainder of the year.
Now in its eighth year, Grow with ALDI is delivered in partnership with Bord Bia and is a leading developmental platform for Irish suppliers.
