    Shamrock Rovers will have to wait for their 22nd league title as a combination of their 1-0 loss to St Patrick's Athletic and Derry Cty's come-from-behind win against Waterford at the RSC, meant that the Hoops are still waiting to completely wrap things up.

    England complete T20 series win against Ireland

    Helped by a half-century by Jordan Cox and a fine bowling spell by Jamie Overton, England won the third and final men's T20 international in Malahide by six wickets to win the series 2-0, with last Friday's game abandoned because of rain.
