Todd breaks Waterford's resistance as Bohs win again

Sam Todd made the most of a late call-up into the starting Bohemians lineup in place of the injured Harry Vauaghan, as the central defender headed the lone goal that kept his side top of the SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division after a 1-0 win over winless Waterford FC at the RSC.

Missed Waterford spot-kick sees Sligo take a point

Padraig Amond missed the opportunity to hand Waterford FC their first win of the SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division as the Blues captain struck a 48th-minute penalty off the crossbar as his side had to settle for a scoreless stalemate in their battle with Sligo Rovers at the RSC.
