Condé Nast Traveller has revealed their pick of the 15 best restaurants in Dublin for 2023.
Whether you're an eager tourist visiting the city, or a local trying to impress their friends or a new date, we're always on the lookout for new food spots to try. While Dublin is most widely known as the home of Guinness, as the publication writes, there's a slew of new eateries revitalising the city.
The publication, which is best known for offering tips for off-the-beaten-track destinations across the world, manages to encompass all the cornerstones of Dublin hospitality, from some of the best burgers in the city and two-Michelin-starred spots, to innovative bakeries and charming community cafés.
The editors highlighted some new additions to the Dublin food scene, such as the stylish Nomo Ramen, which specialises in soupy bowls of ramen and imports its noodles from the same supplier as David Chang's US Momofuku chain.
Richard Corrigan's new venture, The Park Café, also gets a mention, particularly for its seafood and "la jammet kebab", an homage to Dublin's legendary, now-closed Jammet restaurant.
Naturally, two of the city's two-Michelin-starred restaurants – Chapter One and Liath – got a mention, alongside casual favourites like Bunsen and Fish Shop in Smithfield.
Eoin Cluskey's Bread 41 got a shout-out for its inventive take on bread making and avid community of bread lovers, while Pickle was rightly celebrated for its fresh and and experimental menu.
