Alternative, radical and fresh are just some of the adjectives that could be used to describe Seamus O'Connell. He has travelled the world in search of culinary adventures and these combined with his passion for food will be fully explored over the series.
This cookery series will focus on squaring the circle, showing how fresh natural ingredients can produce mouth-watering meals quickly and easily. Seamus will produce visually spectacular meals and talk to some inspiring chefs about their choice of food.
Each programme will take a fresh approach by exploring a single theme like meat, fish or vegetarian cooking. Other areas explored include foraging for wild food, preserves and self-sufficiency.
