Home Rescue returns to your screens for a brand new series!

Architect, Róisín Murphy and builder Peter Finn are back – fighting clutter and saving homes all round the country.

In this first episode, the Home Rescue team are off to Borris, Co Carlow.

For over a decade Ann's home has been getting more and more cluttered. In 2007, her twin daughters, Becky and Megan, were born prematurely. With all of Ann’s time and energy taken up caring for the girls, the house took a back seat. Downstairs is inundated with a tidal wave of books, magazines and paperwork! Upstairs, Ann’s bedroom is so crowded with clothes, duvets and bed linen that even the sun can’t get in!

With just three days, Róisín, Peter and the clutter-busting team face the massive challenge of turning this home around for Ann and her daughters.

As the sorting tent fills, it becomes clear to Ann that she has even more stuff then she thought. With help from the team, long forgotten items resurface and memories come to light. Ann learns quickly that parting with some things is hard but she’s willing to try.

As work continues on the Carlow cottage, most of it falls on the shoulders of builder Peter. Hidden problems arise, changing the design and giving rise to a battle of wills between Róisín and Peter. With the architect-builder relationship tested like never before, they begin to suspect the job may not even finish on time!

Will there be a meeting of minds before time runs out?

Let the drama begin!

Goodbye Clutter. Hello Makeover.
