The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative to non-cash prize elements (either in part of whole).
In order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign any documentation as may be requested by the Promoter relating to acceptance of the competition prize, terms and conditions and including, but not limited to, waiver of liability release in favour of the Promoter and such other persons as may be determined by the Promoter.
Prize for 1 winner includes 2 concert tickets to attend Liam Gallagher, Westlife, Arcade Fire, Robbie Williams and Aslan (seats/tickets/venue/show date strictly specified by the Promoter, concert venue/promoter usage policy and rules will apply, strictly non-transferable (otherwise forfeited, transferred tickets will not be honoured, no cash/alternative date(s) and/or show(s) or other alternative will be offered, winner’s guest must also be aged 18 years or older as at date of each concert) and €1,000 spending money (issues as a euro cheque, made payable to the winner, please allow 28 working days for delivery).
Transfers to and from Dublin/each concert are not included.
Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. Hotel, telephone charges, meals, room service, excursions, transfers, etc.) will be at the winner’s own expense.
. Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the show dates advised and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative prize and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize of equal value if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
