The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative to non-cash prize elements (either in part or whole).
In order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign any documentation as may be requested by the Promoter relating to acceptance of the competition prize, terms and conditions and including, but not limited to, waiver of liability release in favour of the Promoter and such other persons as may be determined by the Promoter. Travel must be completed by 28/06/2022, no extensions permitted. If travel is not completed by 28/06/2022, the hotel stay and additional prize elements will be deemed to have been forfeited. No changes will be permitted once hotel is booked. Hotel/prize elements are subject to advanced booking and availability, may exclude some peak dates, not all dates ranges may be catered for. Booking and travel is subject to Covid-19 Government Restrictions, which must be adhered to, to avail of this prize. Prize must be booked through the agent as specified by the Promoter.
Prize for 1 winner includes a 5-night stay for 2 (winner and guest) at The Heritage Hotel, Co. Laois (based on double room sharing, B&B basis, room type as specified by the Promoter, Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative accommodation in a hotel of equal star rating for any reason whatsoever), a 3-course evening meal for 2 on 1 evening of your choice at the hotel’s Blakes Restaurant (including all taxes and charges, excludes beverages, restrictions may apply, set menu(s) as specified by the Promoter, no cash or alternative available), an hour spa treatment for the winner plus his/her guest at the hotel’s Spa (subject to availability, early booking is advised, treatments as specified by the Promoter, no cash or alternative available, not all treatments will be catered for and may be limited, winner and guest must also follow current Covid 19 health advice to avail of this element of the prize), a dining experience for the winner plus his/her guest at the Curragh’s exclusive St. Leger Restaurant at the 2022 Tattersalls Irish Guineas (including all taxes and charges, may exclude beverages, restrictions may apply, set menu(s) as specified by the Promoter, no cash or alternative available) and €500 spending money too.
€500 spending money is issued to the winner by euro cheque, made payable to the winner, allow 28 working days for delivery.
The prize cannot be split, is valid for one travel period only, any prize elements not availed of within the agreed travel dates will be deemed to have been forfeited.
Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, meals, room service etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.
Any requested and permitted upgrades or changes to the stated prize will be at the winner's own expense.
Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates advised and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative prize and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value (as determined by the Promoter) if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
Employees of RTÉ, Phonovation, The Heritage Hotel and the Curragh Racecourse and their associated promotional partners, companies or suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter/win.
RTÉ's decision in relation to selection of the competition winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
