Transfiguration

I made this ceramic piece as a “sister” piece to a painting I made, which was an about relating my growth to the stages of a butterfly’s metamorphosis. I named this piece “Transfiguration” because I found a way to make the painting I made into a different and beautiful form. I used underglaze and the graffito technique to paint the details and the illustrations which surround the piece. The illustrations and colour scheme match its sister painting :)
