Feeding the Birds

During the pandemic I became interested in feeding the birds in the garden. I liked to watch all the different birds coming to the feeders. I decided to try and get them to feed from my hand. I stood every day for about a week, holding out my hand with seeds on it, my brother and sister laughed at me, but at last the little birds started to trust me. One day at the end of the week a coal tit came and pecked seeds from my hand, it was the most extraordinary thing and made me very happy.
